This Simple Mango Dessert is a quick and delicious sweet treat made with fresh ripe mangoes, cream, and a hint of sweetness. In a blender, add chopped mangoes, milk, Sugar and milk cream. Blend into a smooth puree.
Set aside in a large bowl and dip plain cakes in mango puree and add mango chunks.
In a mixing bowl, whip the fresh cream with mango puree until soft peaks form. You can use an electric hand mixer or a whisk. Now pour it on mango puree. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend and dessert to set.
