Ingredients
  • 1 Kg – White fish (such as cod, tilapia, or haddock)
  • 2 tablespoon – Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon – Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon – Garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon – Carom seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon – Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon – Salt
  • 1 teaspoon – Red Chili powder
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Marinade :

    In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, carom seeds, garlic, black pepper, salt, and red chili powder until well combined.

  2. Marinate the Fish :

    Add the cleaned fish fillets into the pan, brush or rub the mixture evenly over the fish, cover, and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  3. Preheat the Oven :

    Preheat the oven to 200°C  for 15 minutes before baking.

  4. Bake the Fish :

    Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the marinated fish in a single layer, and bake for 25 minutes until the fish is opaque, flaky, and fully cooked.

    Remove the fish from the oven, let it rest for 2–3 minutes, then garnish with coriander and lemon slices, and serve hot.
