Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Cookies:
  • 1,½ Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Butter (Melted on heat (Liquid form ))
  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar Powder (1g)
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Large Eggs
  • 2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (10ml)
  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the Oven

     Preheat your oven to 190°C (390°F) for 15 minute. Line two baking sheets with Baking paper.

  2. Melted Butter and Sugars

     In a large bowl, beat together Melted butter, White sugar Powder , and brown sugar using a hand mixer or stand mixer. Beat until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).

  3. Add Eggs and Vanilla

    Add an eggs, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  4. Mix Dry Ingredients

    Now add All-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix the ingredients until combined. Be careful not to over mix.

  5. Fold in Chocolate Chips

     Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

  6. Scoop Dough

    Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to drop rounded balls of dough (about 1-2 tablespoons per cookie) onto the prepared baking sheets. Leave enough space between each cookie, as they will spread while baking.

  7. Bake

    Bake in the (15 Minute time ) preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown but the centers are still soft.

  8. Cool and Serve

    Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
