In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream , powdered sugar, and mashed Mango. Beat with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and creamy.

Wash and slice the fresh fruits ( Mango, cherry, lychee, grapes, banana) into chopped & small pieces. Bananas, slice them just before assembling to prevent browning.
Spread a generous layer of the mango cream & chocolate mixture on one slice of bread one by one. Top with a mix of the sliced fruits, adding as much as desired. For extra creaminess, you can add a dollop of whipped cream on top of the fruits.
Place another slice of bread on top to form a sandwich. Gently press down, then cut the sandwich triangles for easy handling.
