Finger Fish Fry is a popular seafood appetizer made with boneless fish strips marinated in spices and coated with flour or breadcrumbs before deep frying. Crunchy on the outside and tender inside, it's a perfect choice for parties, evening snacks, or a side dish with meals.
Take 1/2 kg of fish and cut into strips.
In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, garlic paste, white vinegar, egg, mustard paste and oil.
Mix well and coat the fish pieces.
Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Take each marinated fish strip and coat it in the bread crumps
Heat oil in a deep pan.
Fry fish fingers in oil, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy. Avoid overcrowding the pan.Remove fish fingers and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve hot with mint chutney, tartar sauce, or ketchup.
