This Famous Cheesy Chicken Pasta is a rich, creamy, and indulgent one-pot meal perfect for any cheese lover. Tender chicken breast is cooked with perfectly seasoned spices, combined with al dente pasta, and smothered in a velvety cheese sauce. Ideal for family dinners, casual gatherings, or anytime you crave warm, hearty comfort food.
In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add tomatoes. Cover with a lid and boil it for 4-5 minutes. Now remove the skin of tomatoes. Grind it well.
Now in a large pot, add 2 liter water, 1 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of oil. Bring it to boil. While the boiling add pasta and boil it for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, add chicken, 1 tsp of salt. ginger & garlic powder, oregano, red chili powder, white vinegar and soy sauce. Mix it well. Marinate at least for 30 minutes
Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken. Cook it for 4-5 minutes or until fully cooked and lightly golden. Set aside.
Now add chopped onion in a same skillet and cook it until brown. Add minced garlic, Add grind tomato paste, add 1/2 tsp of salt, add 1/2 tbsp of red chili flakes & black pepper and 3 tbsp of tomato ketchup. Cook it for a while.
Now add fried chicken. Add basil leaves, Add boiled pasta, Add jalapeno as to taste.
Transfer the cheesy chicken pasta to a large serving bowl. Spread evenly for a clean, attractive surface.
Top it with mozzarella Cheese. Add olives as to choice.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
Now bake the cheesy chicken pasta for 15 minutes in preheated oven.
Let the dish rest for 5 minutes and serve warm!
