In a medium bowl, add 1/4 cup of oil, 2/3 cup of milk, 1 tbsp of vanilla essence, 1 large egg and 3 tbsp of red food color. Mix until combined.

Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a strain, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tsp of baking powder, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 2/3 cup of sugar powder. Mix and beat it.

Make the Batter:
Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix just until no lumps remain; do not overmix.

Fill the Liners:
Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about ⅔ full.

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
