The Chicken Zinger Burger is a popular fast-food favorite made at home with a spicy, crispy chicken fillet, creamy mayonnaise, and crunchy lettuce, all packed in a soft burger bun. It's perfect for anyone craving a satisfying and flavorful meal.
Cut the chicken breast into thigh piece.
In a bowl, add chicken thigh piece, 2-3 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of ginger powder, 1 tsp of garlic powder and 1 tsp of oregano and coat well.
Marinate at least for 1 hour.
In a separate bowl, combine the chicken piece with plain flour and coat well.
Set aside a small bowl of cold water to help with double coating.
Heat oil in a deep pan to 180°C
Fry the chicken fillets for 6–8 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
Cut the toasted burger buns.
Spread mayo on both halves of the bun.
Add cabbage as required.
Add the crispy chicken fillet.
Add ketchup as required.
Cover with the top bun and press gently.
