  1. Egg mixture:

    In a mixing bowl, mix together sugar   (in 2 parts) and eggs until the mixture turns light and creamy. Egg mixture is ready.

  1. Mix Wet Ingredients:

    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together oil, Milk and vanilla essence.

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients:

    Now add All-purpose flour (in 2parts). in a wet mixture and Beat it well. Add egg mixture (in 2 parts). Beat it again. Add baking powder. Mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing.

    Add baking powder and beat again. Now cake mixture is ready.

    Now Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and level the top.

  1. Preheat The Oven:

    Preheat your oven for 15 minutes at 180°C

  1. Bake the Cake:

    Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  1. Cool and Serve:

    Allow the cake to rest in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve!
