Prepare the Base & Chicken:
Heat oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Add chicken . Fry until it change the color.
Now add 2 liter water, Bay leave, garlic clove and 1 tbsp of salt. Cover with a lid and boil the chicken until soft and tender.
After boil take out chicken from stock and shred the chicken. Now add shredded chicken back to stock. Add black pepper & white pepper, chicken powder, white vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce and egg. Stir quickly.

Corn Flour Mixture:
In a separate bowl. Add corn flour in a 1 cup of water. Mix it well. Add corn flour mixture in a chicken base. Cook it 2-3 minutes.

Rest Before Serving:
Let the soup rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Serve:
Ladle into bowl and serve with boiled egg!
