  1. Mix Condensed Milk and corn flour:

    In a bowl add 1/4 cup of condensed milk and corn flour. Mix it well.

  1. Boil and Reduce the Milk:

    In a saucepan, pour 1/4 cup of milk and add the sugar. Stir well. Heat on medium flame, stirring occasionally to avoid burning. Let it simmer and reduced to about 1 cup. Now add corn flour mixer. Stir well until slightly thickened.

  1. Blend the mango:

    In a blender add 1 cup of chopped mango. Blend it well. Now add corn flour mixer in it. Blend the mixture again. Now add milk cream and blend again briefly.

  1. Freeze the Mixture:

    Pour the final mixture into an airtight container or a loaf pan. Cover it with a lid or plastic wrap.

  1. Set in the Freezer:

    freeze for 6 hours or until solid.

  1. Serve:
