Instructions

  1. Dough Preparation:
    In a small bowl, combine1 cup warm water, 1/2 tsp salt,1 tsp sugar, and 1 tsp yeast. Stir gently and let sit for 5–10 minutes until it becomes frothy. This means the yeast is active.
  1. Mix the Dough:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour. Add the activated yeast mixture and 1tbsp oil. Mix with a spoon or your hand until a shaggy dough forms.
  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    In a bowl, Add the chicken strips combine the 1tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp salt,1 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp garlic powder,1 tsp black pepper,1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp oregano and 2tbsp oil. Toss well to coat. Let it marinate for 30 minutes if possible.
  1. Cook the Chicken and Veggies:
    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tbsp oil. Cook the marinated chicken for about 4-5 minutes or until fully cooked.
  1. Veggie Mixture:
    In a bowl, combine 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp hot spices powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp red chili powder. Mix it well with spoon. Add capsicum, onion and fried chicken. Mix it well. Add jalapeno
  1. Assemble the Pizza:
    Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray or pizza stone. Distribute the cooked chicken and veggie mixture over the dough. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese. Add olives as required
  1. Bake the Pizza:
    Preheat the oven to 10 minutes at 220°C. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 220°C or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.
  1. Rest and Serve:
    Let the pizza rest for 5-10 minutes after baking. Slice and serve hot!
