Wavy Fries Recipe
These homemade wavy fries (also called crinkle-cut fries) are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, made using simple ingredients and a crinkle cutter. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or a side dish, they are deliciously golden and easy to season to your taste.

Cut the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes

Use a crinkle cutter to slice potatoes into 1/4-inch-thick strips.

Cut into traditional wavy (crinkle-cut) shapes

Soak the Potatoes

Place cut potatoes into a large bowl of cold water.

Soak for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

Dry the Potatoes
Drain the water and pat the fries completely dry with a towel.

Fries Preparation
- Take a Bowl and Add Refined Flour, Salt, Black Pepper and Chaat Masala and Mix it well.
- Add Potatoes in Flour Mixture in Bowl. Toss the Potatoes Wavy to Mix and Coat Evenly.

Oil for Frying
Fry the Potatoes in Hot Oil for 5 minutes or just until Browned.

Serve with your favorite dips like ketchup, garlic mayo, or cheese sauce.
