Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, add garlic paste, salt, black pepper, vinegar sauce and soy sauce.
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for a deeper flavor).

Prepare the Vegetables
While the chicken is marinating, prepare the vegetables by cutting them into chunks. You can use a mix of bell peppers, onions, tomatoes these add color and flavor to the skewers.

Assemble the Skewers
Preheat your grill pan to medium-high heat (around 200°C / 392°F).
Thread the marinated chicken pieces and the prepared vegetables onto skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables for a colorful effect.
