Marination Paste Perperation
In a Grinder, add the garlic cloves, green chilies ,yogurt, dry coriander and grind properly in the shape of paste.

Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, Add the chicken pieces, grinded paste, cream, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder and butter .Mix together properly and ensuring each piece is coated well. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for better flavor).

Cook the Chicken
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers. Add oil in pan and cook chicken for about 10–15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice char on the outside. The end to achieve a crispy, golden exterior.

- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skewers and place on a serving platter.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice. You can also squeeze some lemon juice over the top for a tangy finish.
